DAY 1 .. SINGLES A singles format consisting of 4 games is bowled by all 7 bowlers in their respective divisions. After each game, the lowest game score in each division from each association, is eliminated, before the distribution of points. The total points won by each state are carried over to the individual divisions and will be collated to decide the 5 cup winners at the end of the tournament.
The bowlers with the highest 4 game pinfall in each of the 10 divisions, receives a "Singles" medal.

DAY 2 .. DOUBLES A doubles format consisting of 4 games is bowled by 6 bowlers from each competing association, forming 3 doubles combinations in their respective divisions. Points are allocated after each game in each division. The 2 bowlers in the doubles team with the highest 4 game pinfall in each of the 10 divisions, will receive a "Doubles" medal. The total points won by each state are carried over to the individual divisions and will be collated to decide the 5 cup winners at the end of the tournament.

DAY 4 .. TEAMS A teams format consisting of 4 games is bowled by 5 bowlers from each competing association, forming 1 team per association in their respective divisions. Bowlers 6 & 7 are considered as part of the team and may be used as replacement bowlers after any completed game. The team playing order may be changed prior to the start of any new game. Points are allocated after each game in each division. Each of the 7 bowlers in the team with the highest 4 game pinfall in each of the 10 divisions, will receive a "Team" medal. The total points won by each state are carried over to the individual divisions and will be collated to decide the 5 cup winners at the end of the tournament. ALL EVENTS Every team bowler has the opportunity to win an all events medal. The total pinfall from the singles, doubles, triples and teams, for each bowler in each division is collated, and the bowler with the highest pinfall in each division receives an "All Events" medal. Handicap scores are used for the graded divisions. The medals are presented to the winners at the Presentation Dinner.
